ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To attract potential customers by answering product and service questions.
- The candidate is to open customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintaining customer records by updating account information.
- To perform administrative roles such as entering data, printing, photocopying and faxing.
- Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint.
- To compile and retrieve documents when asked.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Applicants must have proven minimum 2–3 years experience as a Secretary.
- Must have fluent English and Arabic communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office suite such as Word, Excel.
