ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To attract potential customers by answering product and service questions.
  • The candidate is to open customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Maintaining customer records by updating account information.
  • To perform administrative roles such as entering data, printing, photocopying and faxing.
  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint.
  • To compile and retrieve documents when asked.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Applicants must have proven minimum 2–3 years experience as a Secretary.
  • Must have fluent English and Arabic communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office suite such as Word, Excel.
