Job Description
Do you have experience with IT infrastructure and both onsite and virtual IT Support for businesses? My client is seeking a confident System Support Engineer to join their team.
You will bring with you expertise in MS Exchange, Helpdesk, Networks and Firewalls to succeed in this position. You will have a flexible approach to work and be willing to help out wherever needed to enable the business to run smoothly.

Job Title: System Support Engineer
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: Up to £46,000 p.a
Contract: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 5:30
Job Duties:
• Supporting the European IT network including virtualised servers
• Supporting the network infrastructure including the PABX, firewall & other network devices
• Manage MS Exchange & Helpdesk
• Supporting other systems including printers & software applications
• Carry out the yearly audit & maintain the asset records
• Working closely with the IT Manager with anything needed

Person Specification:
• Must hold a relevant Degree & IT qualifications
• Previous experience of IT infrastructure essential
• Familiar with Fortinet
• Must have Windows service maintenance experience
• Server and network training (CCNA, CCNP, MCSE) - preferred
