Description
We requires eligible candidate for the post of an Admin Assistant in Abu Dhabi. Interested candidate can apply.
Job Details:
- Provides day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to the Team.
- Manages document flow and filing within the organization, prepares customer and internal facing documents, correspondence, assists in presentation preparation.
- Effectively manage multiple assignments.
- Responsible for sending/receiving and distributing courier and mail deliveries.
- Coordinates and schedules domestic and international travel and meetings.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Responsible for the office supplies and kitchen/pantry supplies ensuring orders for new supplies are placed in a timely manner, handling order to other vendors as requested.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- One to three years of relevant work experience in the similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion, tact, reliability, ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Well-organized, attentive to details, proactive, and a strong team player.
