Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with marketing team to create consistency for MG standardized look and feel Customer communication & ensure that customer receive communication in a timely manner.
- Support the management of customer on-boarding & lifecycle activities to ensure that we provide a world class service to our customers.
- Support the portfolio propensity actions and follow up with frontline i.e for campaigns and uploading leads on CRM for RM use, Generating CRM reports for circulation and follow up with the frontline for campaign feedback.
- Support in data collation & validation fro purposes of incentive calculation.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Understanding of & prior experience in handling new business applications & service requests.
- Excellent communication & objection handling skills.
- At least 4+ years relevant banking experience in local market.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethics & good team player.
- Excellent MIS & analytical skills.
