Key accountabilities and decision ownership
Partner with sales colleagues to sell
- Utilising insight and analysis across marketing to develop an account based marketing strategy interlocked with regional director and sales heads
- This will deliver KPIs across revenue, relationship and reputation and blend strategy with tactics across all of Group Marketing and OpCo
Showcase solutions customers buy
- Implement the global intent and campaign process into region and align both marketing demand centre and Ignite process to track and trace results
- Create localised and regional demand generation plans and customer experiences with line of business colleagues – Using measurement tools to report KPIs
- Utilise the reasons to connect across all of Group Marketing and local OpCo to enhance perception of Vodafone. This will use brand, sponsorship and Vodafone Business Ventures in plans.
- Create experiences utilising the virtual and physical experience centres across world
- Experienced B2B Marketing professional (minimum of 5 years’ marketing experience in IT/Telco/High Tech) who has a clear understanding of cultural differences
- Proven responsibility for the creation and execution of marketing strategy & localised campaign activities across multiple countries, industry verticals and languages
- Ability to engage and influence sales leaders, partners and other stakeholders balancing the needs of Global, Regional and Local perspectives
- Understanding of Vodafone Business’s existing customer base from SME to Multi-national, product offerings and commercial strategies, as well as competitor landscape and points of differentiation
- Proven experience of maximizing local marketing investment and securing additional sources of funding e.g. partner marketing fund
Must have technical / professional qualifications
- Degree or higher in business studies, marketing or a numerate discipline
- Strong computing skills essential; especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint, HTML a plus.
