Job Title : Customer Service Agent

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all internal systems and procedures are accurately followed to include bookings completed and reported within the EventsAIR system
  • ensuring all financial transactions are managed through customer/supplier contracts. Budget and reconcile each project with Finance ensuring that budget variance no more than 5% of total number of groups handled.
  • Build inventory, packages, booking portals, invoices and LPO’s within the Events AIR system to efficiently and professionally manage interactions with customers, agents and suppliers.
  • Coordinate and escalate complex or specialized enquiries to responsible teams to ensure ad hoc support is provided
  • Attend site inspections of product to ensure that the product is of a high standard and sellable.
  • Track major customer complaints and report key issues to supervising colleagues.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum High School certification or anything above
  • Minimum 2 years experience in travel, tourism or hospitality as inside sales coordinator, administrator or customer service Executive.
