Description
We are hiring a Data entry Operator to fill the position in Abu Dhabi. Candidate who are interested can apply.
Job Details:
- Retrieves and reviews incoming customer orders from source computer system.
- Enters customer information by inputting (may include cut and paste functions) alphanumeric data using keyboard into state website application in compliance with established requirements and procedures.
- Verifies entered data by comparing, correcting, deleting, and/or reentering information to ensure alignment with source data.
- Identifies any errors or deficiencies with orders, data, computer systems/websites, etc.; escalates issues as needed to supervisor in a timely manner for resolution.
- Completes record in state website application by validating and finalizing as directed.
- Maintains customer confidentiality and protects operations by following established protocols.
- Stores completed orders in appropriate locations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results and meeting set goals.
Job Requirements:
- High school education Diploma.
- Data entry experience or related office experience.
- Proficient in the use of computers and common office equipment.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient understanding of the use of internet browsers and common desktop/internet applications.
