Description
We requires experienced candidate for the post of a Document controller in Dubai. Interested candidate can send CV.
Job Details:
- Organizes, manages and archives a centralized system of filing of documents related to finance and commercial department.
- Controls security and retrieval of confidential documents.
- Creates, digitized and maintains documents adhering to the company’s document lifecycle procedures.
- Receives and retain invoices, bank documents, and all-important finance documents from employees, clients and suppliers then maintain the requests until the payment process using tracking logs.
- Manages the insurance files and other related documents.
- Safekeeps the company registration documents (trade license, etc), tenancy contracts, vehicle registration and informs the respective department for the renewal before the expiration.
- Follows and adheres to the Document Control Policies and Procedures such as maintaining the accounting books/records in its head office for a period of at least 5 (five) years from the end of Financial year of the company.
- Assists with the file migration and audit.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder with experience in the similar role.
- Computer Literate.
- Excellent communication, organizational, presentation skills.
- Proficient multitasking and analytical capabilities.
- Data organization and storage knowledge.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
