ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for scheduling meetings and arranging conference rooms and alerting the Chairman in-case of cancellation of the meeting.
  • To maintain electronic and paper records and ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Shall conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong working knowledge of word processing software and spreadsheets
  • Applicants must be having a minimum of 8 years of UAE experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
  • Should have fast typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
  • Must be familiar with basic research methods and reporting skills.
