The successful applicant will:

Have relevant qualifications, including A levels: Cache Level 3 / NNEB.
Have extensive recent experience and further qualifications supporting inclusion for students with AEN would be advantageous.
Have knowledge and experience of a range of interventions to impact learning progress.
Enthusiastically contribute to the inclusion of all students.
Adapt to meet the needs of all primary age children.
Demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Demonstrate the ability to inspire, encourage and motivate children.
Contribute positively to all aspects of school life.
