ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Managing phone calls and correspondences such as emails and letters.
- The candidate is required to record and keep the employees daily attendance list.
- To coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- To track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Providing basic and accurate information in-person and via phone or email.
- To follow up the scheduled maintenance of the company equipment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Preferred male applicants with previous experience in the same role.
- Must have outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- The candidate should be with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work under immediate supervision.
