Minimum qualifications:

Experience with Telco Platform as a Service and Infrastructure as a Service technologies.
Experience with AI/analytics technologies including concepts like network optimization, preventative maintenance, virtual assistants and call centers, ML modeling, and process automation.
Experience with edge compute, infrastructure management, resource orchestration, Network Automation/Analytics/Operations, IT systems, and open source architectures.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in data and information management as it relates to AI/ML technologies and Telco, Media, Entertainment, and Gaming based businesses.
Knowledge of cloud technology, AI/ML technologies, and data center architectures as it translates to product and client management.
Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and import and export talent and ideas.
Ability to deliver a polished and professional business and technical pitch to the C-Suite and Board levels.

The Google Cloud Industry Solutions team is focused on driving business transformation and accelerating the adoption of Google Cloud across focused industry verticals.

As a Telco Solutions Manager specializing in data analytics and AI/ML technologies you set vision, mission, and strategy. You meet with Google Cloud Telco, Media, Entertainment, and Gaming (TMEG) customers to facilitate business transformation and map success patterns. You leverage your cloud computing expertise and hands-on experience and deep technical knowledge of data analytics and AI/ML technologies, packaging together the full scope of Google Cloud horizontal and vertical specific products to create compelling solution offerings.

You have a deep partnership with the Product teams on integration strategy. You identify and parse industry trends in cloud computing to recommend, plan for, and address core market opportunities with new solutions and use cases. You leverage AI/ML and analytics as key enablers and game changers for developing competitive edge solutions and creating business value. You utilize AI/ML as brains for developing solutions for automation, real time insights, and a predictive set of actions leading a fully autonomous network and 5G Data Intelligence capabilities. You ensure technical and commercial readiness of these solutions, including assets to enable go-to-market teams, and provide field feedback to Product and Engineering teams. Finally, you set KPI and measurements for solutions adoption, and recommend ways to adapt as the market and customer needs change.

Responsibilities

Support the relationship between Google Cloud and our customers. This includes product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and enablement of integrations allowing for a full deployment of products managing TMEG data in Google Cloud.
Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution using best practices on Google Cloud.
Oversee delivery of published materials across the complete portfolio of Google Cloud solutions and use cases.
Own the relationship with Google’s customers and work hands-on with customers to demonstrate and prototype Google Cloud product integrations in customer/partner environments.
Travel to customer sites, conferences and other related events as necessary.
