Nationality: Any Arabic National, Any European National
Experience: 1 - 5 years
Education: Bachelor of Business Administration(Management).
Job Description
- Generate client leads to buy or sell;
- Provide consultancy and advice to potential clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages;
- Assist the potential clients to purchase / sell the property for the right price and under the best terms;
- Accompany the client to view the property;
- Act as an intermediary in price negotiations between the buyers and sellers;
- Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, size, etc;
- Prepare the relevant documents for the property transaction such as contacts, NOC letter, MOU...etc..
- Experience with sales is a must
