Description
Hiring a Receptionist for Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the front office, pleasantly greeting visitors and professionally responds to telephone and in-person requests for information. Also direct calls to respective in-charge.
  • Handling emails from internal staffs for booking of meeting/conference rooms.
  • Cover all other reception duties.
  • Handling all posts and courier deliveries.
  • Maintained office supplies and scheduled orders from appropriate vendors in a timely manner.
  • Performing regular checks of pantry & meeting rooms ensuring correct layouts, sufficient drinks & sundries and cleanliness.
  • Performed a range of administrative duties to keep the office functioning at a high level.

Key Requirements:
  • High school Diploma.
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist.
  • Good command in English.
  • Computer literate.
