Description
Hiring a Receptionist for Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the front office, pleasantly greeting visitors and professionally responds to telephone and in-person requests for information. Also direct calls to respective in-charge.
- Handling emails from internal staffs for booking of meeting/conference rooms.
- Cover all other reception duties.
- Handling all posts and courier deliveries.
- Maintained office supplies and scheduled orders from appropriate vendors in a timely manner.
- Performing regular checks of pantry & meeting rooms ensuring correct layouts, sufficient drinks & sundries and cleanliness.
- Performed a range of administrative duties to keep the office functioning at a high level.
Key Requirements:
- High school Diploma.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist.
- Good command in English.
- Computer literate.
