And do you have experience with customer service and sales support? If yes, you might be the perfect match for the role of Sales Support Assistant in our Dubai office.
As a Sales Support Assistant, you will join our global Order Management & Logistics team where the focus is on Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics, and Purchasing. You will primely be working within Customer Service and be part of a sub-team located in Dubai. The team consists of 6 dedicated people today and 3 of these are located in Dubai. One of the most important tasks is to support the sales organisation with strong support to ensure we deliver world-class service to our customers across the world.

- sales backup, for example creating new customers in various systems
- handling claims and stock rotations, ensuring procedures are followed
- responsible for price setups and pricelist
- handle sample requests from sales
- process development requests from sales
- responsible for stock/sell-out reports in PBI
- be backup person for the logistics team in Dubai and assist when needed
- various ad hoc tasks
Your qualifications:
- experience with customer service and/or sales support
- fluent in English both written and oral
- strong Office365 capabilities
- experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision or similar.
- can juggle many different tasks at a time
- solve your tasks correct the first time
- fast learner
- can work independently
