Description
We needed suitable candidate for the post of an Admin Assistant in Abu Dhabi. Candidate who are interested can send resume.
Job Details:
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare presentation or reports.
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment (computer, phone etc).
- Participating in conference call and meetings and taking notes.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder.
- Two to four years experience in the similar role.
- Proficiency in English Language (Must).
- Good interpersonal skill.
- Proficiency in Computer.
