Description
We needed suitable candidate for the post of an Admin Assistant in Abu Dhabi. Candidate who are interested can send resume.

Job Details:
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
  • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare presentation or reports.
  • Coordinate repairs to office equipment (computer, phone etc).
  • Participating in conference call and meetings and taking notes.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree holder.
  • Two to four years experience in the similar role.
  • Proficiency in English Language (Must).
  • Good interpersonal skill.
  • Proficiency in Computer.
