Description
We are looking for a Secretary to fill the position in Abu Dhabi. Interested candidate can apply.
Job Details:
- Full spectrum of secretarial support to the CEO.
- Facilitate meeting such as manage the conference schedules, refreshment, venues, teleconference,minutes and etc for CEO.
- Handle travel arrangements - flight reservation, hotel accommodation, visa applications etc.
- Provide support to the daily activities of the CEO including emails and meeting arrangements.
- Manage CEO’s calendar by setting up meetings and appointments and organizing agenda and attendance list.
- Handle confidential information and maintain the security of the CEO records and files.
- Maintain CEO’s office and accounting records; monitor, review and approve standard expenditures to ensure that the activities of the office are conduct within the budget.
- Travelling whenever is required
- Take instruction and respond to emails / letters.
- Co-ordinates CEO's personal matters including flights, housing, banking and all other matters assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder.
- Candidate should have two to four years experience in the similar position.
- Good in English both written and verbal.
- Computer literate.
