Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross functional teams to maintain, track and improve performance KPI’s for food & shop.
- Work alongside with partner outlet / operation team to optimize customer experience
- Training & On-boarding partners within the set SLA on the Careem platform
- Build solid relationship with partners by providing excellent service and support and resolving operational issues.
- Execute the partner engagement strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business management/Operations
- Preferably 2 years of operations experience in a relevant industry.
- Critical thinking across different scenarios and ability to suggest strategic recommendations.
- Strong Excel skills – SQL is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
