- The ability to transfer and condense complex data into a simple systems database for accurate documentation and record-keeping.
- Follow certain procedure to enter customer and account information from reports, receipts, and other forms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Administrative duties such as filing forms and reports
- Ensures confidentiality of information by keeping confidential data private and secure
