Project Manager Job Description
- Responsible for managing the entire user experience from a product perspective for all Care channels. Managing Feature launch and communication plan and Conduct post-production analysis and impact on identified metrics.
- Coordinate with multiple teams across other domains and verticals to ensure consistent user care experience on all support channels.
- You are responsible for operations, marketing and customer service to streamline orders and procedures for existing clients.
- Implementing policies, protocols, and features to improve the Customer Experience.
- Designing and implementing incentive structures to promote strong team performance.
- Taking ownership over the full P&L and strategizing on how to hit top-line and bottom-line targets.
- Taking ownership over Salesforce processes and monitor sales & account manager performance on a team and individual level.
- Reporting back to the corporate management teams regarding progress in the market.
- Participate in off-sites with other corporate heads to share best-practices.
- Liaising with local management and HQ management to make sure priorities are aligned with local and global Food App goals.

Experienced commercial professional
+5 years’ experience in a B2B commercial role, preferably managing a sales and opertion team ;
