Job Description
  • Develop the Digital & Social Strategy for Chevrolet & GMC Marketing:
  • Define each campaign’s Digital & Social content strategy
  • Develop the campaigns (brand and carline) digital roadmap including channel framework planning that includes Video, Mobile, Search, Social, and Web strategies
  • Support with the integrated measurement (KPI) strategy for each campaign
  • Research and share innovation and emerging trends and propose opportunities to grow campaign effectiveness in the Digital & Social space
  • Plan and manage the Chevrolet & GMC social media platforms
  • Coordinate with the brand advertising managers and media manager to improve campaign marketing results
  • Align the Digital & Social campaign strategies with the CRM and overall Customer Experience strategy
  • Establish ties with key partners and stakeholders (agencies, global teams and dealers)
Manage and implement the Chevrolet & GMC Social Marketing program:
  • Lead on all social strategic thinking
  • Identify efficient channels and ensure quality content delivery for each brand
  • Develop KPIs and ensure there is ROI on content initiatives
  • Lead the message of importance of social content within the organization (including dealer network) and work with PR to amplify
  • Play a representative and liaison role with the Global COE for best practice, tools, workshops, and general development of the portfolio

Manage Regional Digital activities:
  • Manage the regional Digital Marketing and Communication activities that includes campaign content, search engine marketing, mobile marketing, social marketing, and online advertising for campaigns
  • Develop new and creative ways to use digital channels to help promote Chevrolet & GMC brand objectives, integrate with offline marketing efforts, and engage with consumers
  • Continually introduce innovative digital solutions to campaign planning
  • Manage and execute the regional Always On program. This includes strategy, stakeholder management, creative asset development, budget management, optimization and reporting
Support the reporting function:
  • Support measurement metrics definition for Digital campaign effectiveness
  • Support the development of a framework/KPI & ongoing process to evaluate success of a digital campaigns and Always On Program
  • Determine program effectiveness and optimization based on metrics
  • Integrate Digital into Brand & Media tracking where applicable
  • Campaign Scorecards reporting
  • Support Integrated Campaign Metrics and PCAs
  • Special Projects as required
  • Toolkit, process, and best practice document
  • Develop around the Digital Marketing Initiatives, leveraging knowledge of the SME agencies
  • Document and share best practices across brands
  • Coach/train the Marketing department on digital marketing opportunities
  • Come up with processes and optimization methods;
  • On how to integrate digital into marketing mix
  • To provide quality assurance
  • Develop a Digital campaign project workflow
