DESCRIPTION
Hiring a Sales Manager for Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the monthly sales targets are being met.
- Manages the day to day operations of the team including lead distribution, daily team meeting and performance tracking.
- To coach and motivate the team.
- Monitor and manage the sales funnel and suggest improvements.
- Deliver training and performance management.
- Forecast and analyze data.
- Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies to drive, qualify and close leads.
- Contribute to the planning and creation of quarterly sales & promotions.
- Submit regular reports of KPIs to the management.
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma/Equivalent.
- Four years of experience in similar capacity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge or training in public speaking and presentation techniques.
- Computer literate.
