Hiring a Team Assistant for Abu Dhabi.
Team Assistant Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage diaries of various Principals (schedule meetings, travel booking, contacts management).
- Support operations colleagues with office maintenance and supplies/deliveries as required.
- Assemble management information for board meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
- Organise travel and create itineraries.
- Organise maintenance of meeting rooms and coordinate regular maintenance of the office (incl. furniture maintenance, annual deep cleaning), alternating with a colleague.
- General administrative tasks as required
- Answering the phone as required.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder.
- Two years experience in the similar role
- Good command in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skill.
- Basic computer knowledge.
