Hiring a Team Assistant for Abu Dhabi.

Team Assistant Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage diaries of various Principals (schedule meetings, travel booking, contacts management).
  • Support operations colleagues with office maintenance and supplies/deliveries as required.
  • Assemble management information for board meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
  • Organise travel and create itineraries.
  • Organise maintenance of meeting rooms and coordinate regular maintenance of the office (incl. furniture maintenance, annual deep cleaning), alternating with a colleague.
  • General administrative tasks as required
  • Answering the phone as required.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree holder.
  • Two years experience in the similar role
  • Good command in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
