Responsibilities:
The Algorithm Developers will be responsible for developing advanced algorithms for high-standard baseband modem.
In this role, you will:
Develop, simulate, optimize and verify algorithms for high-standard baseband modem
Get to understand and modify third party’s software IPs
Work closely with FPGA Engineer to find out optimal trade-offs between modem’s performance and design complexity
To bring your dream to life, you’ll need :
- Master’s or PHD degree in Electrical Engineering, Wireless Communication, Digital Signal Processing or related field
- In-depth knowledge of wireless communication theory and DSP: modulation, forward error correction, multiple access (TDMA, FDMA), channel estimation, channel equalization, spread spectrum, FFT, digital filter, signal acquisition etc.
- Masters with 8+ years or PHD with 5+ years of working experience on the development of algorithms for wireless communication system or related product
- Experience with designing (prove of concept, modelling) of HF, VHF, UHF terrestrial radio systems. Practical HF, VHF, UHF system design with the channel modelling (from model to deployment) is a big plus.
- Familiar with HF, VHF, UHF specific solutions and waveforms is a plus.
- Proficiency with MATLAB and SIMULINK
- Hands-on experience with C/C++ programming
- Good communication and documentation skillsTeam player with positive thinking.
