NADIA's client, a multinational conglomerate into automotive manufacturing is looking for an Arabic Sales Executive (Fields) to be based in their regional office in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and achieve sales business plan for the region for Parts and Accessories.
• Analyze sales performance and gross profit achievement to meet clients objective.
• Develop customer engagement programs with the channel partners to improve business.
• Improve dealer relationship with effective communication.
• Improve dealer business operations using clients guidelines.
• Capture competitor activities and suggest action plans.
• Improve penetration of genuine oils, tyre and battery.
• Training of dealer staff and content development.
