Admin Assistant/HR
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
To provide payroll inputs and ensure that staff are paid correctly on time.
Assist on the process of monthly overtime claims.
General:
Respond to ad-hoc requests on a day-to-day basis

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
2-3 years of administrative support experience
Microsoft suite
Min Experience: 2 Years
Salary : AED 8000
Temp/Perm: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Supports human resources department by organizing tests, and interviews with
- applicants.
- Update the database of CVs received
- Follow up the required documents from applicants before their joining date.
- To undertake all required pre-employment checks.
- Maintains human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer,
- termination and monitor staff absences, annual leave, compensatory off.
- Administrative:
- Perform reception duties, address all general inquiries and attend to office security
- matters.
- Assist in the travel arrangement of guests and staffs including reservation of air travel,
- hotel accommodation.
- Assist in facilitating necessary permits/license from the authority, building
- maintenance, official vehicles, and other equipment.
- Maintains stock list and order office supplies as needed.
- Organize and manage the visa and other legal documents needed by the staff.
- Coordinate office services- cleaning, driver coordination, internet & telephone
- services to be available.

- Fluent spoken and written English
- Good computer skills in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Flexible, resourceful, and efficient
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to function in multi-cultural
- environment
