Call Center Agent– Customer Advisor Job at ACTIKNOW - Dubai

You like to make phone calls and are not afraid to advise and inform unknown customers in the best possible and friendly manner on behalf of well-known clients, thus helping them further within the scope of clearly defined topics (e.g. customer service – no sales talks or cold calls).
You are flexible in terms of time, ready to work in shifts and regularly on weekends and on public holidays (not always, of course).
You will be prepared comprehensively and carefully for your new task and incorporated in detail.
Job Qualification:
- A high degree of personal responsibility with a strong ability to work in a team
- In-depth knowledge of technical customer service and the corresponding
- Ability to act independently
