Help prepare meals, maintain and clean the equipment used and the premises so that patients receive a meal that meets hygiene and nutritional standards, in compliance with HACCP standards.
Main activities:
- clean and put back the kitchen;
- clear the carts from the floors;
- wash the dishes ;
- ensure that the patient receives what is expected during the portioning chains;
- to make creams according to the dietary indications;
- manage orders from the central warehouse.
