- You answer and dispatch calls. You analyze the information received to better direct the emergency services on different incidents according to their importance. You find the right solutions to the various disorganizations of the network that can occur simultaneously.
- You manage the various intervention teams in real time, order deviations and set up an alternative transport service for customers.
- You monitor the tram lines remotely with the monitoring equipment by comparing the theoretical offer to reality.
- You anticipate events by detecting unacceptable situations and you do everything you can to get back to a normal situation as quickly as possible.
- You optimize the regularity of the lines followed with the means made available.
- You communicate, inform and circulate information. You distribute information about network anomalies to customers through the appropriate channels.
- You inform and report to your hierarchy incidents and their management as well as any anomalies observed.
- Autonomous and organized, you know how to analyze information in a targeted manner.
- You are able to make the necessary decisions by adapting to critical situations and setting your priorities.
- You are stress resistant and assertive. You also have a sense of human relations, a sense of responsibility and organization.
- You are flexible and ready to work in shifts (morning, afternoon, night).
