Job Responsibilities:
1. Fully responsible for the formulation, implementation and monitoring of product research plans;
2. Regularly or irregularly visit the market to understand policy trends, industrial market conditions, consumer markets, product analysis, etc., and make corresponding analysis reports;
3. Fully responsible for the collection, sorting and analysis of market information, based on the results of market research and analysis, analyze the market potential of the product from the perspective of market research, and provide advice to department managers;
4. Establish and continuously improve the information resource database;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the director of the marketing department.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of marketing and management experience is preferred
2. Familiar with the software industry and construction industry market conditions, have insight into the development trend of the construction industry, have unique insights, and are willing to concentrate on research;
3. Strong logical thinking ability, good interpersonal communication, good data analysis ability, expression ability and teamwork ability;
4. Familiar with office software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Can withstand greater pressure and adapt to business trips.
