Description
Hiring a Sales Coordinator for Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive customers' inquiries and maintain assigned tasks to sales team.
  • Work extensively within the Excel spreadsheet to track the movement of all existing and new sales.
  • Maintain client’s files and keep them up to date.
  • Coordinate with Finance Dept for client’s financial statuses
  • Create quotations, job orders & keep track of LPOs’ statuses.
  • Coordinate with Production Dept for job orders updates.
  • Create presentation documents for the Business Development team.
  • Communicate to clients on behalf of the sales team.
  • Coordinate product deliveries & maintain records
  • Manage Client's portals & update if any tender posted.
