Description
Hiring a Document controller for Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and enhance company’s document control processes and system.
  • Establish and maintain a proper document filing system for hard copies.
  • Ensure all incoming and reviewed documents are correctly logged and redirected to the right person / department.
  • Organise and maintain electronic copies and file sharing system of all incoming and outgoing documents.
  • Ensure timely transfer of electronic documents and hard copy documentation to/from clients, consultants, contractors and/or third parties.
  • Maintain a comprehensive data base with all documents, ensuring they are correctly registered and appropriately filled.
  • Follow-up for pending responses for incoming and outgoing mail with the concerned parties.
  • Ensure the documents are maintained under safe custody, without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
