Female Area Operations Manager-Abu Dhabi - (2100000L)
Description
Eligibility criteria & position responsibilities:
- Lead performance of 7-10 Clubs
- Mentor & develop ACGM/CGM to meet monthly, quarterly, annual budgets forecast, analysis & LFL Growth
- Liaise w/ all depts. to maximize opportunities for club growth & success
- Must have an exceptional P&L understanding & have the ability to influence strategy & improve key KPIs within club
- Meet the requirements both commercially & operationally of your club while providing support to other clubs
- Must have demonstrated the ability to execute strategies successfully
- Must be inspiring & show courageous & bold leadership
- Must be customer-centric & show strategies that have been implemented & executed w/ positive results
- Demonstrate exceptional brand & operations standard at the existing club
_ Demonstrate the ability to influence staff & drive high levels of performance
- Proven track record of meeting business performance & KPIs
- Track record of developing & nurturing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
-Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a leadership position
