HR Manager
Job Summary
Our client who has a fast growing team is looking to hire an experienced an HR Manager to streamline and manage all HR and admin activities.
Responsibilities:
- Primary counterpart being the sales and marketing department, have an ongoing dialogue to understand HR related requirements
- recruit, train, deploy, monitor performance, evaluate, report
- work in an efficient manner in order to cover all branches, existing and new ones
- HR manual / policy development and adherence
- Develop team spirit and in that effort conduct regular events or other practical means of achieving the same
- Work on resolution of employee relations issues.
- Handle termination notices and related documentation, and conduct exit interviews
- Prepare regular reports on staff performances, expenses, and overall performances
- Must have worked at similar responsible positions and have sufficient experience to jump in and take over the above responsibilities with limited supervision and direction provided by superiors
- Excellent language and communication skills
- Has core convictions, not just goes with the flow, not letting work slide away-time will heal everything attitude, is capable of friendly but firm and formal relationships with all employees and can work to foster these and other necessary aspects
- Preferable if experience is from sales and marketing organization
