Job Description:

Summary:
Provide support to the internal sales team.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Generate sales related documents including quotations, sales orders, delivery orders and invoices
• Respond to customer enquiries for product information, availability, order status and pricing in a timely manner
• Communicate order progress with customers
• Liaise with Distribution team to ensure correct products are supplied
• Support regional sales

Accountabilities (Deliverables):

• Ensure responses are given within the required time frame
• Prices given in accordance with company rules and customer agreements
• Ensure all relevant paperwork completed with the correct details and in accordance with quality procedures
• Ensure sales invoices are prepared on the same day as material shipments
• Ensure deliveries are made to meet customer requirements

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Working knowledge of Navision system (desirable)
• Understanding of deadline achievements
• Knowledge of basic quality principles

Education
High School qualifications

Experience
Previous experience in the same or similar commercial discipline (or equivalent): Engineering/Drilling/Oilfield/Customer Service
