Description
- Execute the sales strategy within the Store
- Work as per daily plan and achieve the pre decided sales targets
- Ensure maximum up-selling, Extended warranty and cross selling
- Demonstrate strong customer service orientation and serve the customers within the customer service guidelines at Emax
- Assist the customers in their buying process and maximize the conversion
- Provide technical product information and demonstration which help them make informed purchases and support in doing configuration of the buying unit
- Stay abreast of the latest product features and quality norms as well as promotional programs relevant to the assigned category, in order to better serve the customers
- Adhere to the guidelines (SOPs) to achieve efficiency.
