Description
Hiring a Logistics Executive for Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to coordinate accurately daily activity between the origination locations and the freight companies, to ensure the goods are shipped in the most timely and efficient manner.
- Exceptional customer service focus and support to clientele.
- Accurate and proper management of export or international trade documentation.
- Extreme attention to detail and thorough, accurate transaction records.
- Ability to answer questions regarding sourcing from internal and external customers as needed.
- Ability to identify/manage risks and opportunities during the logistics process in order to ensure optimum results.
- General understanding of trade- finance procedures in international trading; i.e., letters of credits, banks transfers, documentary trade presentations and International payment terms.
- Participation in Logistics projects by managing new initiatives as they arise.
- High proficiency of International Logistics and Export/ Import regulations.

- Bachelor Degree education or related certificate credentials.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of solid experience in Logistics.
