Description
Hiring an Operations Assistant for Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all communications for the company via email.
- Coordinate information between the Team and the customer.
- Take phone and email inquiries and correspond with the customers.
- Check suppliers concerning materials needed and ask for quotations.
- Prepare schedule of work for the Operations Team.
- presentations, and other business correspondences.
- Responsible for maintaining general office administration in line with company policy and to prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and other correspondence as directed by the Operations Manager.
- Facilitate and organize business meetings.
- Assist the Operations Manager in the preparation of quotations, proposals,
- Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager as and when required.
