Description
Hiring an Operations Assistant for Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all communications for the company via email.
  • Coordinate information between the Team and the customer.
  • Take phone and email inquiries and correspond with the customers.
  • Check suppliers concerning materials needed and ask for quotations.
  • Prepare schedule of work for the Operations Team.
  • presentations, and other business correspondences.
  • Responsible for maintaining general office administration in line with company policy and to prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and other correspondence as directed by the Operations Manager.
  • Facilitate and organize business meetings.
  • Assist the Operations Manager in the preparation of quotations, proposals,
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager as and when required.
