Description

New project /Revamp

• Create project in the system
• Create Item code in the system for Civil/MEP/Non-Trading/Long lead items
• Generate BOQs to the approved Vendors and Contractors.
• Create PR/PO
• Coordinate with selected vendors for system updates on BOQ and do the final checks
• Create Comparatives & share the same .
• Finalize approved rates in the system after negotiation
• Create Pr/Pos basis above .
• Upload all the documents related to the award in the system.
• Final /Variation bills closure

Qualifications
