Project Manager – Buildup, Events & Exhibitions at Itineris - Dubai

Role Summary:
The Project Manager will supervise and control the installation of medium to large projects in buildup, events, signage, exhibitions, etc., maintaining on-site and in-house coordination with the Head of Installation and and the Installation Team on site.
Position Location: Dubai, UAE
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
– Read, understand and assess project specifications and installation requirements
– Prepare an accurate project plan and timeline
– Ensure that proper documents are available for installation (permits, legal documents or any other required document to facilitate installation)
– Supervise the work on site and make sure the installation process is on time meeting the project requirements and deadlines
– Keep close coordination with the Installation Team Leader
– Ensure continuous coordination at different levels; efficient scheduling, cost control, quality control, and job site safety
– Establish and maintain positive, professional relations with customers, subcontractors and other essential stakeholders
– Perform quality control and communicate / report diligently any variation or error to the Head of Installation
– Ensure the project is running as per Company’s Quality Standards
– Ensure a clean and safe work area on site
– Abide by and follow Company’s Health and Safety procedures and standards
Education & Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
– Minimum 5 years of proven experience in buildup projects, exhibitions, events production, exhibition stands, displays, fit outs, etc.
Certification
PMP certification is a Must
