Title:
Jebel Ali BOS: Operations Coordinator
Responsible for the completion of required reports in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company. Under direct supervision of the Site Manager, performs a wide range of administrative, office support, and coordination activities. Candidate must be a highly organized self-starter capable of working in a fast-paced, multi-discipline team environment with the ability to manage competing priorities to achieve goals. Once on site, must be familiar with the project’s Performance Work Statement (PWS) as well as operating within the constraints of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Candidate will be expected to assist Management personnel in general oversight of the project and may be required to work outside for periods of time as required in support of the project. Position will serve in a leadership capacity, overseeing Work Control and the vehicle dispatch staff. Standard duties would mainly include, but not be limited to, collection and submission of deliverables to the Contracts Specialist, escorting subcontractors onto four project locations within the UAE, filling in for the Site Manager when they are off site, and gathering proposal information from the trades on behalf of the Facilities Manager.
Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 5 years of experience, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English
- Must have 5+ years overseas deployment experience on a contingency environment assignment
- Minimum two years previous Operations Specialist experience
- Must possess a valid home nation driver’s license and the ability to obtain and international driver’s license
- Requires working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Access)
- Must possess general understanding of NAVFAC BOS concept of operations to include Performance Work Statement (PWS) and associate technical exhibits
- Supports Site Manager to fulfill contractual reporting requirements to the United States Government in accordance with contract
- Service Order / Customer Service experience and use of Maximo system preferred
- Change Management/Trades experience a plus
- Basis of Estimate (BOE) development experience a plus
- Familiar with SharePoint system
