Stewarding Shift Leader
To assist the Chief Steward in managing the Stewarding Department through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the stewarding operation and administration and maintain an organized, clean and sanitized back-of-house Food & Beverage area and to provide all outlets and banquets with clean operating equipment based on expected business levels

- Ensure that all food safety standards/HACCP are maintained and implemented in line with the company policy and municipality requirements.
- To supervise the cleaning and washing of dishes according to the established performance standards and have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all cleaning procedures, use of dishwashing machines and the type of chemicals to be used to reduce spoilage and wastage
- To handle operating equipment and kitchen equipment with care to reduce breakages
- Knowledgeable about proper handling of Machines and Chemicals
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
