Candidate Qualification:
2-3 years Exp in Warehouse ( Automotive industry)
- Single point of contact to coordinate with sales & service for smooth delivery.
- Arranging the required vehicles for the same day at PDI Area
- Arrange vehicles for deliveries in liaison with Sales / PDI / Delivery Teams
- To support showroom operation up to 8.00 PM daily
- To record the showroom delivery requests up to 8.00 PM daily and arrange vehicles to be given to PDI the succeeding day early morning.
- To prepare the daily deliveries consolidated report.
- To consolidate the assigned KPIs for Warehouse staffs and report to WH Manager
- Maintain the filling system to retrieve documents as and when required without delay.
- Ensure that the delivery documents are matching with the delivery details in Autoline
- Coordination with Stock Control for daily updates of
o Invoiced vehicles but not delivered
o Details of CPOV vehicles arrived in stock but not taken into stock
