Job Description:
Coordinator duties are and not limited to:
  • Receiving cars physically from different suppliers.
  • Checking the cars physically and preparing the check list accordingly.
  • Controlling the car movement to different workshops, following up and negotiating to minimize the cost and speed up the process.
  • Controlling the car movements to the polishing center and smart repair and negotiate the repair cost if any.
  • Controlling car movements to traffic department for passing purpose.
  • Controlling the movement of cars between different showrooms and locations.
  • Coordinate with the store to control car location for customer viewing and test drive experience.
  • Control the movement of cars for photo shooting in order to list them with different websites.
  • Coordinate / follow up with the admin to add the received cars to stock.
  • Prepare gate pass for the cars movement in/ out our store.
  • Prepare stock taking for our inventory frequently.
  • Ability to communicate with customers / dynamic / computer skills / Erabic and English.
