Your responsibilities will include:
- This is an opportunity to work with global project and global team
- Keeping track and responding to all emails received daily
- Ensure to maintain a good working relationship with the internal and external stakeholder. This includes managing their expectations.
- Processing supplier invoices received by uploading, registering and matching in Proactis
- Preparation of scheduled payment runs including raising of payments in the bank portal and cheque preparation
- Sending remittance advice upon payment of suppliers
- Reconciliation of supplier statement of accounts
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
- Continuing to improve the payment process
- Other ad hoc tasks that the Global AP Manager / Team Leaders require
About you
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You will have more than 1-year experience in Accounts Payable function experience and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
