Main Responsibilities:
- Telephone Sales Coordination and process of quotation information
- All aspects of customer support
- Order coordination with – outside sales, service, manufacturing, QC, scheduling and shipping
- Coordination of shipping.
- Follow up regarding order process, order shipping, order invoicing and customer satisfaction.
- Assist Customer Service Manager as required and assume duties in absence of Customer Service Manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Two to three years’ experience in customer service or equivalent job and product related experience in customer service.
- Computer literacy: Microsoft Office, Spreadsheets and Database software.
- Ability to read site plan drawings and provide a bill of material take-offs would be beneficial.
- High school math level and comprehension skills.
- Ability to communicate verbally or in written form effectively with customers and co-workers.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Outgoing and pleasant personality when dealing with customers either via the telephone or in person
