Main Responsibilities:
  • Telephone Sales Coordination and process of quotation information
  • All aspects of customer support
  • Order coordination with – outside sales, service, manufacturing, QC, scheduling and shipping
  • Coordination of shipping.
  • Follow up regarding order process, order shipping, order invoicing and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist Customer Service Manager as required and assume duties in absence of Customer Service Manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Two to three years’ experience in customer service or equivalent job and product related experience in customer service.
  • Computer literacy: Microsoft Office, Spreadsheets and Database software.
  • Ability to read site plan drawings and provide a bill of material take-offs would be beneficial.
  • High school math level and comprehension skills.
  • Ability to communicate verbally or in written form effectively with customers and co-workers.
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Outgoing and pleasant personality when dealing with customers either via the telephone or in person
