Employment: Full Time
Position Title: Media Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10,000 AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
The hiring company is one the UAE’s leading fragrance companies, master blending the world’s purest Oud and various fragrance products. Pioneered the concept of exclusive and dedicated mono brand fragrance stores in leading malls and prime market locations in UAE, supported by a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
Job Role:
• Drive the Public Relations, Influencer Engagement, Social Media & Digital Media Roll out as per the defined deliverables
• Understand the brand, products, TA and make relevant suggestions and plans
• Draft & edit press release, marketing collateral copies, features Social Media Editorial calendars
• Collate the product and brand intelligence/new developments/new products on a timely basis
• Set monthly/weekly update plan to ensure regular work process and media mileage
• Study media, reach, circulation, product fit, corporate fits and then prepare media plans that increase outreach in a cost-effective manner
• Ideate with internal creative team for in house branding, flyer, adaptation etc.
• Liaise with suppliers for advertising/ direct marketing activities/ exhibition/ events/ outlet requirements/ in-store sampling drives/ promotions and activations
• Coordinate and direct the inhouse merchandiser on day-to-day requests and jobs
• Create contact lists of mall marketing teams and liaise with them to maximize company brand outreach

Requirements:
• Open to Asian nationals
• Female, 25 to 35 years old
• Preferably with Postgraduate in Mass Communication/Advertising or MBA Marketing
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion retail industry
• Proven experience in Marketing and Communication, Agency Management for PR & Social Media, Brand Management
• With strong experience in Supplier Management, Budgeting, Reporting, Merchandising, Media planning & Business planning
• Good Media Relations with UAE & GCC media and must be aware of media innovation and emerging media
• Excellent internal, external, and corporate communications
