The Financial Controller oversees company accounts and supports the CFO with financial analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities & duties
- Oversee all company accounts and payments.
- Assist CFO in monthly reports: revenue analysis, verifying each component of costs (DRC), and share variance analysis against budget.
- Prepare and maintain cash-flow forecasts to effectively manage cash balances.
- Ensure that all financial transactions, passing journal entries, etc are properly recorded in the ERP system.
- Provide monthly schedules with the trial balance.
- Assist with the statutory audit requirements and timely sharing of all information as required.
- Other responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Finance
- Part qualified ACCA or ACA or CFA
- 3 to 5 years experience in accounting and finance
- Takes the lead and drives workload with minimal management guidance
- Good level of competence in Excel, Word, Outlook, and accounting software
- Good communication and listening skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadline
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
