The Notary Assistant duties include reviewing documents and replying to client correspondence, attending to phone and email enquiries and liaising with the private notary services team.
The Private Notary Services Assistant should have exceptional organisational skills and be confident in dealing with the Abu Dhabi Judicial department and knowledgeable of the process regarding the notarization of documents.
Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:

Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:
- Preparing files
- Answer phone calls and respond to email queries
- Assist with the preparation of files for the notary
- Provide general administrative support to the Private Notary Services team in Abu Dhabi
- Archive documents as appropriate
- Arrange meetings to assist with locating documents
- Download notary applications
- Degree in Law or legal experience
- Previous experience in dealing with the Abu Dhabi judicial department.
- Knowledge of Private Notary Services application process and requirements
- Excellent communication skills & ability to review documents in both English and Arabic
- Familiarity with legal documents (POA, SPA, Mortgage contracts etc.)
- Excellent organisational skills
