What are my responsibilities?
Location: Dubai, UAE
Start Date: July 1st, 2021
Duration: 9-10 months
Field of study: Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree
Full-time: Sunday to Thursday, 40 hours per week.
Division/Area: Smart Infrastructure - Expo 2020 Partnership
It is required to be a registered student during the internship

What are my responsibilities?
- Work collaboratively with the Siemens Expo 2020 PMO to facilitate effective implementation of key operational activities by organizing, gathering and analyzing information for a variety of Siemens Expo 2020 initiatives
- Coordinate and facilitate project management and business development activities, incl. support in preparation of agendas and presentations for internal and external workshops
- Support in the planning and hosting of international and local delegations during the Expo 2020 Dubai event
- Support Siemens Expo 2020 Partnership Team with ad hoc tasks related to day-to-day operations during the Expo 2020 Dubai event

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree
- Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written), nice to have: Arabic and/or German
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Analytical, fast learner who enjoys working in a dynamic, agile environment
- Attention to detail, results driven and customer focused
- Able to work independently and maintain a team-oriented work approach
- Organizational and time management skills are essential as well as the ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
